Acuity: a fast-paced matching game for the whole family!

A couple of posts back I featured a new item from Fat Brain Toys called KooKoo puzzles (which did not disappoint at the ASTRA show by the way), and I’d like to shine the spotlight on another Fat Brain game that’s been around a little longer and is tremendous fun: Acuity. Acuity is a fast-paced, multi-player matching game requiring keen visual perception to spot the wining, hidden patterns concealed in the tile grid. Spot the patterns, win the tile. Wind up with the most tiles and, you guessed it, you’re the winner. (more…)

ASTRA Show Anaheim!

Fat Brain Toys to debut KooKoo puzzles at ASTRA!

Check out these awesome KooKoo puzzles now available through Fat Brain Toys…they are seriously cool! We’ve just received word that Fat Brain will be debuting 3 KooKoo puzzles at the upcoming ASTRA show (Fat Brain will be in booth 119) and I for one can’t wait to see them in person. First off, the KooKoo puzzles, developed by game and puzzle designer Ariel Laden, look amazing! I love the whimsical, colorful artwork. Design aside, what’s really fun and unique (more…)
